一跎「點仔膠」　害死台北大學學生【20:14】

〔記者吳仁捷／台北報導〕台北大學經濟系高材生江劼揚今下午途經北縣樹林市柑園路一
段時，不慎摔車，附近民眾發現有人倒地報案求救，但救護人員到場時，患者已無呼吸心
跳，到院後一度救回，仍因內出血不治；警方事後趕抵現場，驚見地上有一大跎掉落瀝青
，天雨路滑下，隆起障礙物成為致命路障。

　柑園消防分隊就在距車禍現場不到100公尺處，事發後一名婦人慌張跑來報案，隨即便
接獲119派遣電話；但隊員林政偉、蘇敬仁到場時，發現江劼揚（20歲）面朝下倒臥，口
鼻滲血，地面血跡已流到對面，最後血漬後約1公分，疑似已倒地有一段時間，送抵三峽
恩主公醫院急救仍回天乏術。

　樹林警分局交通組丈量現場後，從附近工廠調來一部堆高機叉起堆積地面的瀝青，結成
硬塊的瀝青還冒出些許白煙，數名熱心工人連忙將瀝青硬塊抬到路邊；警方從瀝青餘溫研
判，這堆瀝青應掉落不久，已擴大調閱監視器，過濾可疑肇事砂石車。

　台北大學事後由張姓輔導教官出面關切，校方透露，江劼揚是北大經濟系2年級學生，
成績優異，還申請法律系雙主修；家屬接獲院方通知時，到院後哀慟不已，一時無法接受
。

　校方說，將全力協學生家屬處理後事，請領學生保險，輔導室事後也會對與江劼揚同班
學生做心理輔導。
